Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we send you an order confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. We reserve the right to cancel an order before shipment if:

  • The item is out of stock or discontinued;
  • Payment cannot be verified or is declined;
  • The shipping address is outside our service area (contiguous United States and Canada);
  • We suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

In summary, you may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking record, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is free in the United States and Canada. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days after we inspect the returned item, and the refund is issued to the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appliancedirectshop’s total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
