Appliancedirectshop is an online retailer specializing in household appliances and home equipment. Our catalog includes kitchen appliances such as ovens, cooktops, and dishwashers; laundry equipment including washing machines and dryers; refrigeration products; and a selection of smaller household devices that support everyday living.
Why We Started
We created Appliancedirectshop because we saw a gap in the online appliance market: customers were often forced to choose between large national retailers with impersonal service and local shops with limited inventory. We wanted to build something in between — a focused online store where the product range is carefully curated, the descriptions are accurate, and customer service is handled by people who actually know the products.
We are a small team based in Anawalt, West Virginia, and we operate our own administrative office and returns processing facility at 4099 Anawalt Ridge Road. When you order from us, your item is packed and shipped by our own staff, not by a third-party logistics company. We inspect outgoing orders before they leave our facility.

How We Operate
We ship to the contiguous United States and Canada only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase requirement. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days and deliver via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Delivery to Canada typically takes 5 to 7 business days after processing. If you need to return something, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking record, and we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
